Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• A refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

• The vehicle history report has not been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.

Once a report has been accessed, it is considered delivered and not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

• Your full name

• Email address used at checkout

• Order ID or transaction number

• Reason for requesting the refund

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The report has already been accessed or downloaded

• The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase

• You entered incorrect or incomplete vehicle details during the order process
